Joanna was [ awarded the George Ledlie Prize](http://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/2015/10/george-ledlie-prize-awarded-to-joanna-aizenberg/), given by the President and Fellows of Harvard College to someone who has "by research, discovery, or otherwise made the most valuable contribution to science, or in any way for the benefit of mankind.”
