Elijah Shirman
Postdoc 2014-2018
Elijah joined Joanna Aizenberg's group in February 2014. He received his MSc at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel in the group of Yehuda Haas, studying laser-induced ablation of metals and PhD at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel in the group of Boris Rybtchinski, focusing on the synthesis and study of hybrid nanostructured arrays.
Currently, his research focuses on the biologically inspired design of stimuli responsive materials.
