Friedrich Stricker

Friedrich Stricker joined the Aizenberg group in Oct 2022 as a Walter Benjamin postdoctoral fellow specializing in organic and materials chemistry. He earned his PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara focusing on photoactivated adaptive materials in the group of Javier Read de Alaniz in 2022. Prior to this, he completed his bachelor’s and master’s in biomedical chemistry in 2016 and 2018 respectively at the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz in Germany. 

Upon completion of his postdoc in the group, he began a position at the Max Plank Institute of Colloids and Interfaces in Postdam, Germany.
