Katrin joined the group of Joanna Aizenberg as a graduate student in September 2018. She obtained her BSc in Chemistry at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Her Bachelor research was conducted in the laboratory of Ben Feringa on the topic of process optimisation of electrochemical furan oxidation. In the Aizenberg group, Katrin will investigate the catalysis of conducting inverse opal structures.
