Paulina Lopez
Undergraduate Intern
Paulina Lopez is a Chemical Engineering Honors student at The University of Texas at Austin. She began her research journey during freshman year and is passionate about making science and learning accessible. She serves as the Undergraduate Student Representative for the MRSEC Student Leadership Council, where she is able to create opportunities and support students pursue graduate studies. This summer, she is working with Raphael Kay on Passive Routing and Intelligent Solar Management (PRISM). She plans to pursue a PhD and is drawn to interdisciplinary optical materials research with sustainable applications. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, cooking, reading, and watching TV shows.
