Tae Cooper

Tae is a first-year computer science and math double major at the University of Arizona. She is working with Michael Gee to develop a computer vision pipeline for the atmospheric water harvesting project. Tae has previously interned with the Stanford Compression Forum at Stanford University and the Center for Quantum Networks at the University of Arizona. She currently leads a team in the Vision Systems and Intelligence Lab at the University of Arizona, which is developing augmented reality applications to compensate for human vision impairments. Tae is a 2025 Flinn Scholar and a 2025 John & Adrienne Mars Plus Science Scholar.
